The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
We are seeking an experienced Group Head of Data & AI to lead enterprise wide data, analytics and AI strategy for a large complex organisation.
You will be responsible for driving data led decision making, developing AI and analytics capabilities and ensuring data supports strategic growth, operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and deliver the Data & AI strategy and roadmap.
* Identify and implement high-value analytics, automation and AI use cases.
* Lead Data Science, Analytics and Data Platform teams.
* Drive data governance, quality, security and responsible AI practices.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insight driven business outcomes.
* Provide executive leadership on data, analytics and emerging technologies.
About You
* Must have worked in Global complex organisations
* Proven leadership experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or Business Intelligence.
* Strong knowledge of modern data platforms, analytics, machine learning and generative AI.
* Experience delivering data and AI strategies within complex organisations.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
* Understanding of data governance, compliance and enterprise operating models.
* Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Fabric, Power BI and Databricks is advantageous
