The Opportunity
As a Healthcare Senior / Semi Senior, you'll play a key role in supporting a diverse healthcare client portfolio, providing high-quality accounting services and building trusted relationships with clients across the sector.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing and supporting a portfolio of healthcare clients.
* Preparing accounts and financial reports.
* Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
* Supporting GP practices, dentists, pharmacists and consultants with their accounting requirements.
* Assisting with NHS pension-related matters and annual compliance requirements.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
* Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client experience.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* AAT qualification or equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice.
* Previous experience working with healthcare sector clients, particularly GP practices.
* Knowledge of NHS pension requirements and associated annual processes.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A positive, proactive and growth-focused approach.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
