Job Title: Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

Location: Euston, London
Contract: 2 years

Hybrid: 4 days office, 1 day home

Hours: 8:00am-5:30pm

Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to join the HRS02 team. You will lead the procurement of key Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) packages through competitive tender routes, managing the full procurement lifecycle from strategy development and market engagement through to contract award and ongoing supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support procurement activities across the HRS02 M&E packages, working collaboratively with project, commercial, and engineering teams to align procurement strategy with programme requirements.
Develop and issue ITT documentation, including pre-qualification questionnaires, instructions to tender, contract documentation, pricing schedules, and evaluation criteria.
Manage competitive tender processes from market engagement and procurement strategy through to contract award.
Structure, negotiate, and administer commercial and contractual terms under the NEC3 Contract Suite.
Negotiate agreements that meet project safety, programme, and cost objectives.
Manage supplier performance and relationships using company systems and processes.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable legal frameworks, client governance requirements, and company procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise value and deliver successful project outcomes.
Support the development and implementation of the our client’s Way, driving continuous improvement and promoting procurement best practice.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or major projects.
Experience procuring Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) packages.
Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across project, commercial, and engineering functions.
Strong supplier management and relationship-building capabilities.
