My client, a leading international law firm, are seeking a Facilities Team Leader to join their Facilities department. This role offers the opportunity to oversee essential operational services and support a thriving legal environment. This role is 5 days office based (35 hours) 9am – 5pm.
The Role
The Facilities Team Leader will –
- Manage and train Facilities Assistants to deliver facilities services.
- Oversee incoming requests using task management systems.
- Review and adjust resource allocation to meet business requirements
- Promote best practices and manage change effectively.
- Coordinate facilities and maintenance requests.
- Liaise with the Front of House team for reception cover and support.
- Ensure staff kitchens are stocked with catering supplies.
The Candidate
The Facilities Team Leader will have –
- Relevant experience in a similar professional environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to use initiative.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- A polite and professional manner.
