You will also support facilities coordination to help keep the office running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Managing the reception area to ensure it is always presentable and inviting
• Answering and directing phone calls and general enquiries efficiently

• Supporting facilities needs, including deliveries and service coordination
• Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting internal teams where required
• Building strong working relationships with colleagues across the business
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in reception, front of house or client-facing roles in a corporate environment
• A polished, professional and friendly demeanour
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Confidence handling phone lines, visitors and multiple priorities
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• Competency in Microsoft Office and front-of-house systems
This role would suit someone from a high-end corporate reception, hospitality front of house or professional services background who is ready to step into a key office role with visibility and responsibility.
What’s On Offer
• A central Manchester location with excellent transport links
• Monday to Friday hours
• A supportive and professional working culture
• A role with real variety, autonomy and interaction
• Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
If you enjoy delivering exceptional client experiences, thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to step into a pivotal front-of-house role, we would love to hear from you.
