Do you have experience supporting children and young people with additional needs?

Hays Education is looking for caring, reliable and adaptable Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of SEN schools, specialist provisions and colleges throughout Coventry.

Whether you're seeking full-time work or flexible supply opportunities, we can offer placements that fit around your availability while allowing you to make a real difference to pupils who need additional support.

Your Responsibilities

Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
Working alongside teaching staff to deliver tailored support
Assisting with learning, communication and daily routines
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Encouraging engagement, confidence and independence

What you'll need to succeed

Experience working with children or young people
SEN experience including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN, MLD, SLD or PMLD is desirable
A patient, resilient and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
