A West London Local Authority is recruiting an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to take a lead role in the effective management of complex ASB cases across the borough.
You will be responsible for responding to anti-social behaviour affecting residents, including cases within the Council’s managed housing stock, while supporting domestic abuse outcomes where required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex ASB cases from initial investigation through to successful resolution and enforcement.
Provide expert advice and support when working with vulnerable individuals, families and groups.
Identify and respond effectively to risks associated with tenancy failure.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.
Take appropriate enforcement action in relation to breaches of tenancy, ASB and domestic abuse.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure cases are managed in line with legislation, policies and good practice.
Experience/Knowledge
Proven experience managing complex ASB cases and enforcement action.
A successful track record of managing a complex caseload through to conclusion.
Experience identifying and managing risks associated with tenancy failure.
Experience working with vulnerable residents and multi-agency partners.
Strong knowledge of legislation and good practice relating to ASB, tenancy breaches and domestic abuse
£30.25 - £32.00 per hour
