Proactive and communicative
A good structural engineer and a developing or polished Associate, with a minimum of 8 years Irish and or UK market experience (promotion opportunity for Principal/ Senior Engineers)
Manage and inspire a team/ sub team
Project delivery, client management and development
Hands on including design team and client meetings, some site visits and surveys
Motivated to grow yourself and the company and to contribute to the operations of the office, including the marketing and work winning activities if this appeals
