Our client is an established, award winning digital agency with over two decades of experience delivering enterprise level websites and web platforms for ambitious SMEs and global groups.
They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the business as the sole PM, taking ownership of delivery across their website builds. This is a standalone role, reporting into the COO, and will suit someone who is comfortable managing projects end to end without a wider PM team around them.
The role You'll manage the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, working closely with developers, designers and the client services team to keep everything on track, on budget and to a high standard. You'll be the main point of contact for clients on project status and timelines, and you'll play a part in shaping how project management works across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning end to end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from scoping through to launch
Building and managing project plans, timelines and resourcing
Acting as the main point of contact for clients on status, timelines and scope
Managing project budgets and flagging risks early
Coordinating between development and design teams
Running regular status meetings, stand ups and client updates

A demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is essential
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally gained within a digital, web or software agency
If your background isn't agency based, you'll need solid experience project managing the build of websites and/or applications
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once, with strong prioritisation and organisational skills
Confident working directly with clients, with excellent stakeholder management skills
A structured, process driven approach, but flexible enough to adapt to a smaller, agile team
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, (url removed) or ClickUpWhat's on offer
Salary of £38,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
