The Opportunity

This is a dual role, combining team leadership responsibilities with hands-on Executive Assistant support to Partners and senior stakeholders within the Real Estate & Projects team. The successful Executive Assistant Team Leader will be proactive, highly organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment. Duties will include:

Manage and support a team of Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants, creating a positive and supportive team environment
Manage performance reviews, provide feedback, identify training needs and support the development of team members
Oversee workloads and fee earner/EA allocations, ensuring the team is appropriately resourced and adequate cover is maintained
Manage team rotas, holidays, sickness and other absences, working closely with Partners and HR where required
Act as a key point of contact for Business Services teams and assist with recruitment, onboarding, inductions and leaver processes
Support the implementation and use of new technology and systems across the team
Provide Executive Assistant support to Partners and fee earners as required
Support projects and change initiatives, including testing new processes and providing feedback to senior managementThis Executive Assistant Team Leader position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm

Requirements

Previous Legal PA/EA experience within a law firm is essential
Proven line management and performance management experience is required
Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
