Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting an experienced Paralegal for a well-established law firm in Worcester. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with previous Family Law experience to join their busy Public Law team.
Paralegal Responsibilities:
Supporting solicitors and fee earners with Public Law and Family Law matters.
Preparing legal correspondence, court bundles, witness statements and other legal documents.
Managing diaries, court hearings, key deadlines and maintaining accurate case files.
Liaising with clients, courts, counsel, experts and external agencies.
Assisting with Legal Aid matters, CCMS/LAA Portal administration and ensuring GDPR compliance.Essential Skills:
Previous experience within Family Law is essential.
Strong knowledge of Public Law and Legal Aid Family matters.
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and client care skills, with the ability to support vulnerable clients professionally.If you have previous Family Law experience in Worcester, apply now!
