An organisation within the housing sector is seeking a detail‑driven EICR Compliance Administrator to support their electrical safety and wider compliance functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and data management skills who enjoys working in a structured, accuracy‑focused environment.
You’ll join a supportive compliance team of eight, helping ensure electrical safety information - particularly EICR certificates - is accurate, up to date and effectively monitored. While the role is remote, you’ll collaborate closely with contractors, surveyors and internal teams to keep compliance activity running smoothly.
The Role
As EICR Compliance Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and data support across electrical compliance, with responsibilities including:

Uploading, validating and managing EICR / Electrical Safety Certificates

Updating and maintaining compliance records, trackers and databases
*
Using Dynamics CRM to manage property, case and compliance data
*
Liaising with contractors to coordinate electrical works and chase outstanding documentation
*
Attending contractor meetings (virtual and one in‑person meeting in Worcestershire)
*
Taking clear, structured minutes at compliance and contractor meetings
*
Producing regular stats, reports and performance information
*
Supporting monitoring across wider compliance areas including gas, asbestos, legionella, fire safety and lifts
*
Ensuring all records are accurate, organised and audit‑ready
*
Working collaboratively within a remote team of eight compliance professionals
About You
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, methodical and confident working with technical compliance data.
You will ideally have:

Experience in an administrative or compliance support role
*
Strong data management and database updating experience
*
Experience handling EICRs or other safety certificates
*
Confidence using CRM systems (Dynamics CRM desirable)
*
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*
Ability to liaise professionally with contractors and stakeholders
*
Experience taking meeting minutes and producing reports
*
Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
*
The ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with a team
