Are you an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator looking for an immediate start with a brilliant organisation?
We are delighted to be supporting a well-established Business in the search for an HR Assistant to join their team temporarily for an initial two months, with the potential to extend.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to provide valuable support to the HR team, clear a backlog of outstanding work, and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
The Role
Working closely with the HR team, you will provide essential administrative support, including:
Supporting with a backlog of general HR administration from previous HR teams.
Completing high volumes of accurate data entry and maintaining HR records.
Filing and organising employee documentation.
Chasing references and following up outstanding information.
Checking and photocopying IDs, certificates and other employee documentation.
Assisting with general HR administration and ensuring records are kept up to date.
Providing additional administrative support to the HR team as required.
Helping to maintain an organised and efficient HR function during a period of transition.About You
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in an HR, personnel or general administrative role.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Confidence working with confidential employee information.
A methodical approach to data entry, filing and record keeping.
The ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
