Our Client is one of the most iconic and well-known leading Motorcycle manufacturers in the World. Creating modern classics and with a healthy order book, it is our privilege to now be supporting them with the recruitment of an experienced Sales Planning Analyst on a permanent basis in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

Reporting to the Sales & Network Performance Manager, as their Sales Planner/Analyst for the United Kingdom you will be part of the Sales Team responsible for providing all reporting and analysis for the Sales department. You will proactively use performance reporting data to make recommendations to the field and management team to enable delivery of company objectives. You will then initiate additional analysis on key metrics to identify trends and recommended actions.

On offer to the successful candidate is a salary of between £70K - £80K pa (dependent on relevant experience), together with a full and comprehensive benefits package, to include a hybrid working model.

Your duties and responsibilities will be:
Forecast industry and company (retail & wholesale) performance on a monthly and annual basis.
Run a weekly sales forecast report for motorcycles, general motorcycle accessories and apparel.
Support annual strategic business planning exercise by working closely with the country manager and national sales head.
Support strategic business planning, board and monthly EU reviews through preparation of presentations.
Work closely with the national sales head on market strategy development & documentation.
Lead consumer research at dealership & national events. Feed insights to marketing and product teams.
Design and develop a management reporting suite that supports the current and future strategic aims of the sales department.
Maintain a daily/monthly/quarterly/annually spreadsheet on dealer performance against agreed targets.
Maintain data on stock indents of motorcycles/general motorcycle accessories and apparel at dealers and warehouse, as well as those in the production process.
Through data, identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the business both now and in the future and propose possible corrective actions and outcomes.You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Should ideally be qualified to Degree level or equivalent, although plenty of relevant experience will be considered.
Should be an accomplished Sales Planning Analyst with experience in an analytical role.
You will be skilled in reporting complex data in a simple way.
You will be experienced in delivering market and competitor market analysis.
You should be used to working in a high-pressure environment.  It’s great if you also have the following:
Skilled in using Advanced PowerPoint.
Strong presenting skills.
Field experience
Experience working in the Motorcycle industry, although this isn’t essential.This position is available with immediate effect.
