The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The role will focus on ensuring quality compliance across procurement, storage, and distribution processes while driving supplier performance and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance frameworks across the supply chain
Conduct internal, external, and supplier audits in line with ISO9001 / AQAP standards
Act as the main point of contact for supplier quality issues and escalations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance quality processes
Ensure compliance with quality management systems and operational procedures
Produce audit reports with actionable insights for performance improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor and improve programme performance
Support audit readiness by coordinating documentation and compliance evidence
Deliver quality training and awareness across the business
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliersKey Requirements
Certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor
Proven experience in quality assurance within logistics, procurement, or supply chain environments
Strong understanding of audit processes and compliance frameworks
Experience managing supplier quality and performance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseasDesirable Skills
Experience with defence or regulated environments
Knowledge of AQAP, defence standards, or similar frameworks
Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, and MS Office
