Are you a Plastic Fabricator or Workshop Operative with experience working with rigid plastics such as acrylic, polycarbonate or PVC, looking to join a well-established manufacturing company offering a stable, days-based role with training and overtime?

In this role, you will work from technical drawings to fabricate plastic components using a variety of workshop machinery and hand tools. You will be responsible for cutting sheet plastics to size, heat forming, solvent welding, assembling finished products, and carrying out quality checks to ensure all parts meet specification. You will also support general workshop duties and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

This role would suit a Plastic Fabricator, Workshop Operative or similar with experience in plastics manufacturing or fabrication, looking to develop their skills within a supportive and growing company.

The Role:

Fabrication of rigid plastic components including cutting, shaping, bonding, and finishing
Working with materials such as acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, and PETG
Operating workshop equipment including saws, routers, CNC/laser cut parts, and heat forming tools
Solvent welding, assembly of plastic products, reading engineering drawings, and carrying out quality control checks in a Mon-Fri days-based role with overtime availableThe Person:

Experience in plastics fabrication or manufacturing
Familiar with sheet plastics (acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC etc.)
