Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
* Conduct property valuations and convert appraisals into instructions.
* Negotiate offers and manage sales and lettings through to completion.
* Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional property-related services.
* Carry out property viewings and match buyers to suitable properties.
* Keep up to date with local market trends and relevant legislation.
* Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to team targets.
About You
* Minimum of 2 years' estate agency experience.
* Strong valuation, negotiation, and business development skills.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Good knowledge of the residential property market and sales process.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Experience with estate agency CRM systems is advantageous.
