We are looking for a new team member who is energetic, enthusiastic, has a positive attitude and is keen to learn to join our team as a semi-skilled operative:

Main Duties

*

Material Lay-Up: Both pre impregnated Carbon and Glass Fibre, Wet lay-up of Glass Fibre. Vac’ bagging and autoclave curing.

*

Vacuum Forming: Preparing and forming of plastics for trimming and assembly.

*

Pouring Rubber: Setting up and pouring rubber in to moulds, oven curing them, ready for assembly.

*

3D printing: Preparing and setting of the print machine. Removing and cleaning the finished product.

*

Repairing: Cleaning and repairing glass fibre test equipment, sometimes this includes traveling to customers site both in the UK and overseas.

Essential Skills

The ability to learn.

The ability to work when needed on their own.

Desired Skills/Experience

*

Laminator.

*

Vacuum Former.

Above are just the headlines of most tasks part of our team and undertake, we don’t expect someone to currently have all these skills, albeit that would be an advantage.

Full training will be given for the successful candidate.
