What’s in it for you?:
* Salary: up to £28k depending on experience
* Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays with time off in lieu
Key responsibilities:
* Property Management: Assisting in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
* Landlord & Tenant Relations: Assisting in maintaining positive relationships with tenants & landlords and address any concerns or issues promptly.
* Contractor Management: Assisting in selecting, managing and maintaining relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure the efficient operation of the properties.
* Maintenance Co-ordination: Respond to maintenance issues as they arise, promptly and efficiently, instructing appropriate contractors in accordance with landlords’ or Directors’ wishes. Manage and schedule regular maintenance and repairs for properties.
* Financial Management: Assist in overseeing rent collection, ensure timely payments, and address late payments. Ensure properties have ongoing rent guarantees and oversee claims.
* Compliance: Ensure that properties comply with all statutory regulations.
* Renewals & Terminations: Assist in Managing renewals and terminations, including arranging final property inspections and move-out processes. deposit dilapidations and disputes.

* Previous administrative experience within the Property industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* A proactive and professional approach to client interactions.
* Able to build rapport, develop and maintain relationships
* Excellent telephone manner
* Superb organisational skills and able to prioritise workload
* Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Driving license and own vehicle
