Are you an R&D Manager, from an electronics background, looking to join a leading company, where you will play a pivotal role in the company's ongoing growth by overseeing the launch of new products and having a direct impact on the company's future expansion plans?

On offer is a fully autonomous role within a niche industry, where you will have full control over the development of specialist products and have the opportunity to progress to senior boardroom level positions.

This company are a pioneering name at the forefront of their industry, and with ambitious plans for the future, they are now looking for someone to come in and head up the Research & Development Department.

In this highly varied role, you will managing a small team, where you will lead the research, design and development of bespoke electronic products. You will also oversee the testing, verification and compliance, to ensure products meet performance, safety, regulatory and quality requirements.

This role would suit an R&D Manager, from an electronics background, looking for full autonomy, to take the lead on the launch of specialist projects and having structured career progression to ensure your own personal development.

The Role:
* R&D Manager
* Lead end to end development of electronic products from cradle to grave
* Office based in Hertford, full time, Monday to Friday

The Person:

* Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
* Proven R&D leadership in electronics product development
* Commutable to Hertford
