About the Multi-Trader Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing business seeking experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Operatives to work across quoted works within commercial and hospitality environments.
This is a long-term permanent self-employed opportunity offering consistent work, excellent earning potential, and paid travel time between sites as overtime.
Projects will include refurbishment, maintenance, and reactive works within hotels, restaurants, pubs, offices, and other commercial properties.
Multi-Trader Experience
Applicants should have strong all-round trade experience, particularly in:
* Carpentry
* Painting & Decorating
* Basic Plumbing
* Floor Laying
Additional trade skills would be advantageous.
Key Multi-Trader Responsibilities
* Carry out high-quality quoted works across multiple commercial sites
* Complete works independently and as part of a wider team
* Deliver excellent standards of workmanship and finish
* Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
* Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and colleagues
* Maintain a clean and organised working environment

Requirements
* Proven experience across multiple trades
* Own tools (Essential)
* Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
* Reliable and professional approach to work
* Ability to work independently and manage workload
* CSCS card beneficial but not essential
