The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Our client, a dynamic organisation in the Financial Services sector, is seeking a motivated KYC Team Analyst to join their Financial Crime Middle Office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the first line of defence in identifying and mitigating financial crime and sanctions risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of client KYC files during periodic reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Maintain high-quality client information within the KYC workflow system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other Operational teams to support timely account openings and address KYC documentation queries.
Escalate any potential sanctions or financial crime risks to the second line for guidance and advice, including submitting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) when necessary.
Participate in on-the-job training for new team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Engage in continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to improve departmental performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong understanding of financial crime, sanctions, and AML regulatory frameworks.
Previous experience in a Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team within a financial institution is beneficial.
Desirable qualifications include ICA Certificates or ACAMS, though not mandatory.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex issues clearly across all levels of the organisation.
A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented environment while supporting overall team objectives.
