Join Polyteck Building Services and work across high-profile client sites throughout Central London. We're looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out electrical installation, maintenance, fault finding, inspection, testing and commissioning.
This is a varied site-based role suited to an electrician who takes pride in their workmanship, can work independently and is comfortable representing the business directly with clients.

What you'll be doing
* Electrical installation, maintenance and remedial works
* 1st and 2nd fix electrical work
* Fault finding and diagnosis
* Inspection, testing and commissioning
* Reactive callouts
* Completing electrical reports, job sheets and certification
* Maintaining accurate site logbooks and records
* Coordinating materials and equipment with the Electrical Operations Manager
* Working safely in accordance with RAMS and Health & Safety requirements
* Liaising professionally with clients, tenants and site representatives
* Supporting apprentices and other engineers where required
What we're looking for
Essential
* 18th Edition Electrical Qualification
* Proven on-site electrical installation and maintenance experience
* Strong 1st and 2nd fix experience
* Good fault-finding ability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable
* City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification
* Experience of electrical testing and commissioning
* Commercial/building-services maintenance experience
* Full UK driving licence
