Multi-Trade Operative

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor for a highly skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join their growing team covering Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson with strong carpentry and plumbing skills as their core trades, supported by excellent abilities in plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, and locksmith work.

What You'll Be Doing

* Carrying out a wide range of Major works in occupied residential properties and Void maintenance

* Completing carpentry and plumbing repairs to a high standard.

* Undertaking plastering, tiling, decorating, and locksmith works as required.

* Diagnosing faults and delivering first-time fixes where possible.

* Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.

* Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and within agreed timescales.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative.

* Strong carpentry and plumbing skills are essential.

* Good knowledge of plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, and locksmith repairs.

* Experience working within social housing, local authority, or residential maintenance environments.

* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Full clean UK driving licence is essential. Company Van & Fuel Card Provided
