Salary: £28,000 OTE £33,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm (1 in 5) Saturday 8am-1pm

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)
* Welcoming customers at the service desk / service reception, building rapport and making their experience effortless
* Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs while maximising workshop efficiency
* Identifying opportunities to upsell value-adding services, labour and products
* Keeping customers updated throughout the day and ensuring excellent communication
* Arranging courtesy cars or alternative transport where needed
* Working closely with the Workshop Controller and Technicians to keep workflow on track
* Clearly explaining work carried out, pricing, and recommendations
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service Receptionist or Service Consultant — main dealer or quality independent
* Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people (and has the personality to prove it)
* Confident communicator on the phone and face-to-face
* Strong admin and IT skills — organised, accurate, able to prioritise
* A proactive attitude and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
