We are seeking an organised and proactive Business Support Officer to provide administrative, financial and operational support within a busy team.
Responsibilities include managing data and records, organising meetings, taking minutes, preparing reports, processing financial transactions, monitoring budgets and responding to customer enquiries. You will also support recruitment, maintain accurate information and ensure deadlines and procedures are followed.

Experience providing business support in a busy environment.

Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.
*
Good attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
*
Level 3 Business Administration qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
