6 MONTH FTC
You’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM works including Air Conditioning, Heating, Heat Pumps, Electrical services and emergency lighting.
Salary: £43,705.00 per annum + door to door pay.
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Berkshire
No call-out or weekends
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work.
* Carry out a range of other tasks when required, completing, fire alarm checks, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
* There will be some associated PPM tasks that are Refrigeration Biased subject to your skill set so training will be provided. During seasonal PPM freeze times, you will be required to assist the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams

Requirements:
* Refrigeration experience
* Minor Plumbing and HVAC knowledge
* Full UK driving license
