The Role
You will manage a small portfolio of existing commercial insurance clients, ensuring exceptional service and retention. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling renewals and new business enquiries
- Negotiating terms with clients and underwriters
- Issuing accurate and compliant documentation
- Assisting with claims handling
- Supporting Account Executives
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Commercial / corporate insurance experience
- Acturis experience
- Cert CII qualified (not essential)
- A strong track record of client retention
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional, client-focused approach
- Knowledge of FCA, DPA and regulatory requirements
