Job Title: Retail Sales & Client Relationship Representative

Location: Kendal

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Tues - Sat)

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Representative with extensive broad retail and sales experience to join us as one of our first appointments. If you are a sales expert who loves to learn and is passionate about providing unforgettable customer experiences.

As the face of our new store, you will provide a sophisticated and knowledgeable experience. You will be responsible for showcasing our unique collection, maximizing sales through a consultative approach, maintaining high visual standards (including window dressing), and generating engaging content for our social media channels. This position requires regular weekend working hours.

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver a refined, informative, and friendly sales experience to every visitor
Manage high-level client relationship development.
Create captivating Window Dressing and maintain pristine visual merchandising.
Perform accurate daily stock takes of high-value inventory.
Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos/videos, create posts, and interact with our digital community.

Essential Requirements:

A Proven Track Record in Retail Sales is Essential: Being able to work comfortably in a face-to-face, client-focused environment.
Experience delivering a luxury/premium service experience.
Digital Savvy: Strong familiarity with social media content creation and audience engagement.
Full Availability for Weekend Work: You must be consistently available to work Tuesday - Friday and Saturdays
Polished, professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.

Advantageous Skills:

Previous experience with Luxury Goods.
Specific experience in managing social media for a premium brand.
A background in visual merchandising/window dressing for small luxury items.
