Role Overview
The school is seeking a dedicated Secondary Cover Supervisor who combines effective behaviour management skills with a creative and supportive approach. You will collaborate with a forward-thinking team to deliver an engaging and innovative curriculum. A strong commitment to maintaining high standards and inspiring a love of learning in all pupils is essential.
Key Requirements
Level 3 qualification or HLTA status (desirable but not essential)
PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered
Proven skills in classroom and behaviour management
Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its requirements
Understanding of planning and assessment procedures
