Manage plant hire bookings and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinate with clients to confirm requirements and provide updates.
Maintain accurate records of equipment availability and usage.
Handle incoming queries and provide timely responses to clients and colleagues.
Support the team with administrative tasks and document management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
Work closely with the operations team to address any logistical challenges.
Provide reports and updates to management as required.Profile
A successful Plant Hire Desk Administrator/Controller should have:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
Familiarity with administrative processes and record-keeping.
Knowledge of plant hire or industrial operations would be an advantage.

Salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
