for a Senior Employment Lawyer to head up a new Specialist Employment Law team of a well-established mid-sized regional law firm.

Location: Warwick with homeworking available part of the week

What you'll be doing:

This is an exciting opportunity to head up and oversee a new specialist Employment Law team

The role will involve:

Heading up and managing a new specialist Employment Law team
Playing a key role in shaping and developing a high-performing team
Supervising and managing junior members of the team
Advising clients on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Managing a varied caseload, ensuring financial targets are met
Underaking marketing and business development activities
Client relationship management.Who we're looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

Fully qualified status with 4 years'+ PQE
A track record of managing their own caseload
Experience of managing/mentoring more junior colleagues
Strong technical knowledge across a range of employment matters
Sound commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.Benefits include:
