The Role
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, helping to build a strong pipeline of opportunities for the sales team. Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new leads
* Build rapport and effectively communicate key offerings
* Accurately update and manage customer data within internal systems
* Use CRM software to track interactions and maintain organised records
* Qualify leads and pass opportunities to the sales team
* Work towards individual and team targets
Skills & Experience Required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong IT skills with the ability to learn and navigate internal systems
* Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential):
* Previous experience using CRM systems
* Experience in outbound calling or customer-focused roles
