REGIONAL CHEF MANAGER - South West & West London, Surrey, Herts and Essex
£38,000 per annum plus bonus and mileage
40 hours per week - mainly Monday to Friday but will involve some weekend and evening work
44 working weeks per year plus holiday

As Regional Chef Manager, you’ll lead the kitchen operation, creating an outstanding food offer while overseeing menu planning, food quality, compliance, stock control, and team performance. We’re looking for someone who can inspire a team, deliver high standards, and bring creativity and energy to a busy school environment.
You must be flexible and comfortable with travelling to different schools weekly and occasionally daily with last minute diary changes. The role will be based mainly in South West & West London, Surrey, Herts and Essex although it may involve travel to other Accent sites from time to time as required, therefore having access to your own vehicle is essential

As our ideal Regional Chef Manager you will:-
Have excellent craft skills and the ability to manage your own kitchen
Have proven experience of managing, training and leading a team
Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
Be passionate about food with excellent culinary skills and a great eye for detail
Have financial and budget awareness, and proven experience in controlling food costs.
Have solid understanding of food safety, health & safety, and allergen management
Have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
