The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We're looking for an experienced Pricing Analyst to join a growing analytics team where you'll play a key role in shaping pricing strategy across a fast-paced ecommerce environment. Working with large datasets, you'll help drive smarter buying and selling decisions through insightful analysis, experimentation, and data-driven recommendations.
This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of a business undergoing an exciting pricing transformation, collaborating with commercial, product, technology, operations, and analytics teams to influence strategic decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end analytics projects from data preparation through to actionable business recommendations.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that support pricing decisions.
Analyse pricing performance, customer behaviour, and commercial trends.
Design, execute, and evaluate pricing experiments and A/B tests.
Analyse pricing simulations and measure business impact.
Identify opportunities through root cause analysis and commercial insight.
Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Work closely with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Operations teams on pricing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in an analytics or data-focused role.
Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.
Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within ecommerce, marketplaces, retail, or another commercial environment is highly desirable.
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Customer segmentation and behavioural analysis.
Lifetime Value (LTV) modelling.
Predictive analytics and forecasting.
Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud data environments.
