What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
Supporting students to remain engaged and motivated during lessons
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Encouraging academic progress and confidence in learning
Gaining experience across a variety of subjects and year groups

Experience working with young people through coaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or education settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
