As an Electrical Lecturer, you'll teach and support learners across a range of full-time, part-time, and short Electrical courses. You'll deliver engaging practical and theory sessions, assess student work, provide pastoral support, and help learners develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed within the industry.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Electrical professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for developing others. You should hold a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation and have recent industry experience. Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential, as full teacher training and qualifications can be provided. You'll be a confident communicator who can engage learners, support their development, and create a positive learning environment.

The role:
*Teach Electrical programmes to full-time, part-time, and commercial learners.
*Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based lessons.
*Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
*Support and mentor students throughout their studies.
*Contribute to curriculum development and course improvement.
*Participate in student recruitment events, open days, and employer engagement activities.
*Fully funded teaching qualification provided.

The person:
*Experience within the Electrical industry.
*Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.

*Teaching or assessing experience desirable but not essential.
*Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification if required.
