Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a successful regional main contractor delivering high-quality residential, commercial and mixed-use construction projects across London and the South East. Due to continued project wins, they are looking to recruit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.

Responsibilities
Full commercial responsibility for construction projects
Procurement of subcontractors
Cost planning and budgeting
Preparing valuations
Managing subcontract accounts
Pricing variations
Producing monthly cost reports
Managing final accounts
Liaising with clients and consultants
Supporting operational teams
Monitoring project profitability
Ensuring contractual compliance Requirements
Quantity Surveying experience within main contracting
Knowledge of JCT contracts
Strong commercial awareness
Excellent communication skills
Degree qualified (preferred)
