Already working on an FM helpdesk and ready for a change?

We’re working with an established Facilities Management business in Livingston who are looking to add an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to their team.

For this one, previous Facilities Management experience is essential. We’re looking for someone who already understands what it's like working on a busy FM helpdesk – juggling reactive jobs, planned maintenance, engineers, subcontractors, clients and SLAs.

In return, you'll be joining an established business offering a salary of up to £30,000 alongside hybrid working, with 2 days per week from home.

What you'll be doing

* Logging and managing reactive maintenance requests from initial call through to completion.

* Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance works.

* Liaising with mobile engineers and subcontractors to allocate and progress jobs.

* Keeping clients updated on job progress and expected completion times.

* Monitoring jobs against agreed SLAs and escalating issues where required.

* Updating CAFM systems and maintaining accurate job information.

* Managing telephone and email enquiries from clients, engineers and contractors.

* Processing job sheets and associated maintenance documentation.

* Following up outstanding works and ensuring jobs are progressed and closed appropriately.

* Supporting the wider FM operations team with day-to-day administration.

What we're looking for

You'll already have experience working within Facilities Management, ideally within an FM helpdesk, service desk, maintenance coordination or scheduling environment.

You may currently be working as a:

Helpdesk Administrator | Helpdesk Coordinator | Service Desk Coordinator | FM Administrator | Facilities Coordinator | Maintenance Coordinator | Scheduler

You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple jobs and priorities while communicating confidently with clients, engineers and subcontractors.

Experience using a CAFM system would also be advantageous.
