About the Role
As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Help young people re-engage with education and develop positive behaviour strategies
• Build strong, consistent relationships as a mentor and positive role model
• Support pupils both inside and outside the classroom in a structured but flexible environment
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to maintain a safe, supportive and consistent setting

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who:
• Have experience in SEMH, behaviour support, youth work or mentoring
• Are calm, resilient and confident when managing challenging behaviour
• Can build strong, trusting relationships with young people
• Are passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve success
• Are adaptable and proactive within a dynamic alternative provision setting
