Are you an experienced Production Planner looking for a role where you can genuinely influence how production runs?
We’re recruiting for a Production Planner to join an established engineering manufacturer in Rugby. You’ll coordinate production schedules, materials, capacity and workload, helping ensure jobs move through the business efficiently and customer deadlines are achieved.

The role:
* Creating and managing production schedules
* Planning workloads against available capacity
* Monitoring materials and component availability
* Working closely with production, purchasing and stores
* Updating MRP / ERP planning systems
* Identifying potential delays and adjusting plans accordingly
* Helping improve production flow and on-time delivery
What we need:
* Previous production planning or manufacturing planning experience
* Experience within engineering or manufacturing
* Experience using MRP or ERP systems
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
* Confidence communicating across different departments
* Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
