The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Role Summary
The Lead Quality Engineer – Quality Management Systems (QMS) will take ownership of the plant quality management system, ensuring the implementation, sustainability and effectiveness of core quality, environmental and health and safety standards. This Lead Quality Engineer – Quality Management Systems (QMS) role also supports audit coordination, problem-solving activities, reporting, training and continuous improvement across the plant.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead the plant quality management system and maintain its ongoing effectiveness.
Support implementation and sustainability of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements.
Create, maintain, update and track central and internal directives, regulations, instructions and controlled documents.
Coordinate internal and external process and system audits.
Perform process and system audits and follow up audit findings and resulting actions.
Coordinate plant problem-solving activities, including 8D and other structured tools.
Coordinate plant FMEAs and Control Plans.
Manage central reporting requirements to relevant quality functions.
Deploy plant quality targets across value streams and departments.
Deliver internal and external training relating to QMS.
Lead or support quality plan activities and related QMS improvement projects.
Plan and implement QMS improvement actions in line with the plant quality plan.
Coordinate plant-wide quality activities, campaigns and initiatives.
Support standardisation and lean activities.
Requirements of the Role
Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
Deep knowledge and practical experience in quality management systems.
Previous team leadership capability suitable for a Lead Quality Engineer (QMS) position.
Strong understanding of quality assurance tools and methods, including measurement techniques, measurement system capability analysis and structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, Ishikawa and 5 Why.
Strong collaboration and communication skills for internal and external business environments.
