Experienced Fit-Out Manager Required – High-End Hotel Project | Brighton | Permanent Role

We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Fit-Out Manager to join a prestigious high-end hotel refurbishment and fit-out project in Brighton on a permanent basis.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven professional with a strong track record of delivering luxury hospitality, premium residential, or high-specification commercial fit-out projects to the highest standards.

The Role

* Manage all internal fit-out activities on a luxury hotel project.

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to exceptional quality standards.

* Oversee finishing trades, snagging, and handover processes.

* Work closely with the project team, consultants, and client representatives.

* Drive quality control and maintain the highest standards of workmanship throughout the project.

Requirements

* Significant experience as a Fit-Out Manager on high-end hotel, luxury residential, or premium commercial projects.

* Demonstrable experience delivering high-specification interior fit-outs from inception through to completion.

* Strong understanding of quality assurance, health and safety, and programme management.

* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred.

* Must be able to provide examples of successfully completed luxury fit-out projects.
