Salary & Package:

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)

Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commissionRecruitment Consultant - 12 months+ experience:

£28,000-£29,500 basicsalarydependent on experience
OTE: £31,000 – £34,000 including commissionAbout the Role:
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
