The school is looking to take on a dedicated SEMH Teacher on a long-term basis. The successful SEMH Teacher will work with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, delivering engaging lessons, managing behaviour positively and supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning.
The successful SEMH Teacher will have:
• QTS
• Experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs
• Strong behaviour management skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A patient, resilient and proactive approach
