We are currently working with a number of welcoming mainstream primary schools across Brixton who are looking for enthusiastic teachers to join their teams on both short-term and long-term assignments.
The Role
As a Primary School Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and school leadership.
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and carers.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school.
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
* Have strong classroom management skills.
* Be passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
* Be adaptable and comfortable working across different year groups where required.
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
