The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Role As a Maintenance Electrician (Supervisor), you will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and ensuring all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of compliance, operational performance and client satisfaction across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate a team of static and mobile engineers
Ensure timely delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance works
Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
Allocate work and monitor performance in line with KPIs
Manage materials, stock and subcontractor activities
Liaise with client representatives and resolve on-site issues
Support CAFM system management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Assist with reporting, cost control and operational planning
Participate in on-call rota and support emergency response activities
Ensure all SHEQ requirements, RAMS and technical compliance standards are met About You We're looking for a proactive and experienced professional who can confidently manage both people and processes in a fast-paced FM environment.
Essential requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) + AM2
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong knowledge of building services and relevant legislation
Experience within Facilities Management environments
Full UK driving licence
IT literate (Microsoft Office / CAFM systems) Key skills:
