The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled CNC Miller to join an established engineering business.
The successful candidate will have strong 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling experience, with the ability to set and operate machines using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.
Key Responsibilities
Set and operate 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Read and understand CNC programmes
Adjust offsets and coordinates
Carry out quality checks and ensure components meet specifications
Deburr and fettle components
Troubleshoot machine issues where required
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow 5S, health & safety and company procedures
Work as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar CNC milling role
Strong experience with multi-axis CNC milling
Knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
Good understanding of engineering drawings and CNC programmes
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant engineering qualification, apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ/NCQ or equivalent
Right to work in the UK
£14–£18 per hour, depending on experience
