We are developing a more structured and modern approach to handling notarizations and apostilles, and we are seeking a professional who would like to grow with us as demand continues to increase.

NotaryPublic24 provides notarization and apostille services to individuals and businesses internationally. Our largest markets are the United Kingdom, the United States, and Spain, with the UK currently being a primary focus for further development.
We are a team of seven and have built steady demand over several years. We work with notaries across different jurisdictions and are now strengthening our long-term structure in the UK.
Our objective is straightforward: to build a reliable and well-organised platform around notarization and apostille services, where customer intake, coordination, and logistics are handled centrally, and notarial work is carried out with clarity and consistency.
We believe there is significant room to improve how these services are structured, and we are committed to doing so in a thoughtful and professional way.
Who You Are
• A commissioned UK Notary Public based in London or Greater London
• Confident handling both government-issued and personally signed documents
• Clear in your professional judgement and comfortable standing by your decisions
• Comfortable working within agreed processes and systems

Working Model
The collaboration will be consultant-based, with defined availability and clear capacity expectations.
The compensation structure is flexible and can be agreed upon based on what works best. This may include:

NotaryPublic24 manages customer communication, workflow coordination, and logistics structure. The notary focuses on professional execution.
