The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Salary: From £27,000 plus excellent benefits package
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30.

Scania have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Avonmouth. As Service Administrator, you will be a key team member, responsible for the day to day costing for the branch. You will work closely with all branch staff, credit control, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer the phone in a friendly and open manner using the company standard greeting.
Invoice and control branch work in progress.
Check the system to ensure campaigns are completed and costed correctly.
Work within credit control policy and procedures.
Carry out the costing on warranty, retail, repair and maintenance to company standards.
Supply fully priced estimates of repairs required and ensure work is authorised where required.
Audit job cards, associated service documentation and customer defect procedures for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures.
Resolve and assist in invoice queries as and when necessary.
Assist with other administration duties as required.
Ensure all customer complaints are escalated to the manager ensuring the quickest resolution possible.
